These Terms of Service apply to your use of gluckino.com and any purchase you make from Gluckino (“Glückino”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Many of our products are made to order by our fulfillment partners. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in printing are normal.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and start once your item has been made. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control can happen. If customs duties or import taxes apply to your order, you are responsible for paying them.

Our designs

The designs, artwork, text and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Glückino. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using our site

Please don’t misuse our site, for example by trying to hack it, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

Our site and products are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
